Invoicing
Clients will receive our estimates and invoices through the Quickbooks Online platform. You can pay with check or directly with Quickbooks Online and automatically record each payment. It’s fast, easy, secure and perfectly integrated. 
Simple pricing with no hidden fees on monthly costs: 
Credit: 2.9% + $0.25 per transaction 
ACH: 1% bank transfer fees (max $10)*

Due Dates, Expedited Projects, Rush and Late Fee's
• Invoices are due within 20 days of project completion. If exceeded, an automated 15% charge will be applied to your invoice after the payment due date and a additional 10% for each ongoing month after.
• If you are contracted to assist another company and believe invoicing would be delayed exceeding the 20 days, we would remove the automated late fees if you supply recent updates on the project and a payback schedule that fits for you and your partners needs prior to starting the project.
• Expedited projects include an additional 15% Rush Fee.
Revisions
• 1 - 2 minor revisions only per service. Additional changes will be based on a $180/hr rate.
Incentives
• If you submit 2 projects in the same month, you will qualify for a deduction up to 15% on your second project.
